For $21.99, choose from a seasonally curated dry red, dry white, or sweet flight — each featuring 6 tastings served in your very own souvenir Wimberley wine glass to keep forever.
Every flight is curated for the season, featuring small-batch boutique Texas wineries you won't find at a grocery store. We also carry wines by the glass and bottle, plus locally crafted canned beer for guests who prefer something cold and hoppy.
About the Owners
Hill Country Wine Shoppe was founded in 2008 by Beth Mitchell and Jill Frazier — the first dedicated wine tasting room on the Wimberley Square.
Today, the Shoppe is owned and operated by Sarah and Josh Lackey, who have kept the same founding spirit alive: find the best Texas wines, share them with great people, and make every visit feel like a visit with friends.
